In what ways are rats and mice a problem?
Rats and mice both constantly gnaw on anything they can to keep their incisor teeth filed and sharpened. They will gnaw on wood, boxes, clothes, wiring and most anything they come in contact with.

Mainly roof rats, Norway rats and mice.
How do you get rid of them and prevent them from coming back?
All access areas should be sealed and existing rodents should be trapped or poisoned.
When you catch them is it okay for my kids to keep them as pets?
Absolutely not! Rodents can carry many diseases and need to be removed from the home.
